PARTNER COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES

It is strictly prohibited to transfer illegitimate interests in any form to any department of Aohai, or its employees and their family members, including but not limited to:

① Any gift in cash, valuable security, WeChat red packet, shopping card, means of transportation, other valuables, etc.;

② Lending money, vehicles or houses, etc.;

③ Organizing tourism activities, expensive entertainment, meetings at scenic spots and other activities, except those whose expenses are borne by Aohai;

④ Payment for any expense which should be borne by the team / employee of Aohai, including but not limited to, air tickets, train or bus tickets, shuttle service and hotel accommodation;

⑤ Arranging jobs for family members or friends of Aohai’s employees in violation of regulations;

⑥ It is strictly prohibited to commit other acts in violation of the Code of Integrity and the Integrity Agreement.

Anyone who violates the above-mentioned documents will be seriously punished, and be transferred to the judicial organs if relevant national laws and regulations are violated.
